VP of Sales

Location:

  • Remote with travel to key markets: Missouri, New York, Montana, California

Compensation:

  • Base + aggressive commission + equity partnership pathway

The VP of Sales will oversee all revenue operations across Sticks Media’s multi-market portfolio, including:

  • 97.1 The Lake - KAYQ - Warsaw, MO
  • 93.5 Lake FM - WLGR - Lake George, NY
  • Rocket 103.7 - KTNK - Lompoc, CA
  • 102.5 MTN FM & 107.9 KHDV - Missoula / Bitterroot Valley, MT
  • Additional stations launching in 2026

This is a partnership position.  As we grow, you grow with us. You’ll have meaningful influence in shaping sales culture, local relationships, digital strategy, and long-term revenue systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead a multi-market sales strategy from the ground up
  • Grow local direct advertising revenue in each market
  • Develop compelling results-driven campaigns for businesses small and large
  • Manage and train sales team members (including new hires)
  • Create and implement sales systems, CRM processes, and quarterly goals
  • Work closely with programming, operations, and ownership
  • Represent Sticks Media at local events, chambers, tourism boards, and business groups
  • Build deep community relationships in all markets
  • Identify new revenue verticals in digital, podcasting, events, and branded content
  • Help shape the company’s next stage of growth
